Shipping policy

For best security we recommend all AVS alarms be installed by an authorized professional AVS installer. Any alarms or immobilizers purchased from this site will be sent from our Auckland warehouse to an authorized installer of your choice across New Zealand, where you can arrange to have your product installed. All spare parts such as remotes will be sent directly to the address you have supplied on your order at checkout.

For spare parts, we aim to dispatch within 1-2 days. From there please allow 1-2 days for the product to arrive.

If you have not received your delivery within the timeframe mentioned above, we suggest you allow an extra day before contacting us in case there is a delay with the courier or transport provider. We cannot ship to P.O boxes or overseas addresses.
